Your accommodation will be available to you from 4pm on the day of your arrival unless otherwise arranged. It would be appreciated if you could give us a call and inform us of your expected time of arrival. Should you wish to arrive earlier, to park or drop off luggage, please let us know in advance.
We reserve the right to charge for replacement, cleaning or repair of any item belonging to the house, damaged either willfully or because reasonable precautions have not been taken.
Total cost of stay, or balance are payable on arrival. Cheques supported by a bank card or cash settlement. Please note that since we are just a small B&B, we do not operate a credit / debit card facility.
We reserve the right to amend our tariff without notice.
We are sorry but we are unable to take children under the age of 14 years; or dogs. We apologise for this inconvenience.
Cancellations made less than 7 days notice will incur the full cost. As with all holidays, we advise our guests to take out travel insurance. If you should need to cancel, we will do our very best to re-let your room. If we are successful we will be delighted to give you a full refund.
