Our secure on-line booking system (Check Availability Calendar button in the sidebar) offers a quick and convenient way to check availability and make your booking. But remember that a 10% discount is given for direct bookings by telephone - phone 07814917920 or online on the non-refundable rate plan (no modification or cancellation allowed on this option and full payment will be taken on booking).
Double/Twin Rooms : The prices at ‘Y Garth 5* Gold Boutique B & B’ offer value for money and are based on two people sharing a double/twin bedded room and include Joyce's renowned award winning breakfasts. From £93.50 - £110 per room our rates are very competitive with guest houses and hotels in the area with lower star ratings.
Minimum stay is two nights at weekends, and minimum of three nights on bank holiday weekends, although this may be varied at our discretion.

Deposits and payments: Reservations can be made directly on line (see check availability button) or may be confirmed by telephone or email. We require debit/credit card details to secure your reservation. Card details are held against the room. However, should you fail to take up your reservation without letting us know: a charge will be made against your card for the duration of your stay. Accounts may be settled on departure by sterling cash or debit or credit card.
We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between yourselves and ‘Y Garth’. As a small business cancellations have a significant impact. We often have to refuse other Bookings because the rooms have been reserved by those who subsequently cancel. We do, however, appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can intervene, and we try to be as sympathetic and helpful as possible in such cases.
Check in is between 3pm and 8pm. Please telephone to let us know if you are going to be later arriving. We appreciate our guests leaving by 10.00am weekdays or 10.30 weekends unless we have agreed otherwise.
Breakages or Damages: Y Garth reserve the right to add an appropriate charge on the guest bill for replacement, cleaning or repair of any item belonging to the house, damaged either willfully or because reasonable precautions have not been taken.
We reserve the right to amend our tariff without notice.
We are sorry but we are unable to take children and for the comfort of our guests we do not accommodate guest pets.

During your stay – Our aim is to offer all our guests a relaxing and tranquil stay and we kindly ask guests to respect other guests’ quiet enjoyment and relaxation.
We carry out our daily housekeeping between 11am and 2pm each day and will require access to your room during this time.
To maintain the very high standard of our bedrooms we do not allow food to be consumed in the bedroom - the dining room/lounge is available for your use.
Liability : We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves.
If a booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival - the first night will be taken. On the non-refundable rate plan option (10% off) no modification or cancellation is available and the full amount is taken on booking.
Any refund we make to you will take account of any bank, credit or other charges we may have incurred in processing the transactions, and will include a small administration fee.
