





Start the day with a good enjoyable breakfast – recent winner of an award for 'The best use of Pembrokeshire Produce in a Hospitality Establishment'. Your extensive breakfast menu is cooked to order and served in the light and airy dining room between 8 and 9.30a.m. We are happy to accommodate earlier starts with prior notice.
A self service buffet from the dresser for your starters to include chilled fruit juices; fresh fruit salad; apricot, prune and fig compote; grapefruit segments; Welsh yoghurt; and a wide selection of cereals including home made muesli.
Pembrokeshire Breakfast:
Locally produced thick cut bacon; award winning sausages; grilled tomato; sautéed mushrooms; eggs (fried, poached or scrambled).
Roasted field mushrooms with crispy bacon, scrambled eggs.
On toast:
Variety of 'on toast' dishes including: Poached eggs, Carmarthen ham and baked tomatoes; Scrambled eggs with Penclawdd laverbread and sautéed mushrooms.
Fish dish:
Toasted Panini with smoked salmon, poached eggs with hollandaise sauce.
Continental:
Croissants; toast and preserves.
